Reservations Policy:

Conditions: Minimum 2 nights on weekends and 7 nights in high season

Check-in from 3 PM and Check-out at 12 noon.

Payment methods: Confirmation of reservation is subject to payment of a deposit 30% of the total price of the stay (payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash). After cheque has cleared, reservation will be confirmed.

Cancellation: No refunds will be made on cancellations made less than 7 days before reserved date.

For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, new dates may be reserved or the deposit will be returned.

No cancellations are accepted during high season.

Occupation: Under no conditions can the number of persons occupying a room be more than that type of room allows (One-bedroom: 2 + 2 extra beds; Studio:

2 + 1 extra bed). The owner reserves the right to deny admission.

Pets are not allowed on the site.

Breakfast: The daily rate includes breakfast, served from 8.30 - 10.30.
